Easily pause, cancel, or switch between plans whenever you want, no questions asked.
Don’t see an option you like? Get in touch with us, and we’ll set up a custom option for you. You can do anything from taking a lesson once a month to purchasing a set of 4 lessons that you take whenever you want.
Payments are made online through our payment processor and can be either one-time payments or recurring based on the plan that you choose. We use Stripe, which is used by companies like Target and National Geographic, to process the payments, and Chargebee to make the process look nice.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
To make any changes to your plan, click “Manage Your Plan” at the top right corner of this page. You can also send us an email and we’ll do it for you. You can make any changes you wish at any time, but please do contact your teacher to let them know about the changes.
In order to reschedule your lesson, or cancel it and receive a full refund, please contact your teacher at least 24 hours before your lesson. We unfortunately are not able to refund or reschedule missed or cancelled lessons where the teacher is not alerted at least 24 hours ahead of time.
